National United Youth Association
21-07-2008
Event: CONVO 2008 - PNCC
Details: July 21-25, 2008 at Roger Williams University - Bristol, Rhode Island; Open to PNCC Youth ages 12—21; Cost per person is $255.00 before June 1, 2008 - $285.00 after June 1st. The theme of Convo 2008 is “Behind the Faith: PNCC”! We are planning an exciting week where we will worship together, participate in inspirational sessions on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and our Holy Church. The youth will not want to miss being a part of a mock synod and the diocesan games. We will spend an afternoon at the beach and on the last evening of the Convo have a semi-formal dinner cruise and dance on Newport Harbor. The youth will be asked to be a part of a skit based on our Convo theme (so they can already begin brainstorming). For those wishing to fly to New England for Convo 2008 we suggest T.F. Green Airport in Rhode Island (30 minutes from Roger Williams). There is also a train station in Providence, RI you may wish to consider. Download this year's Convo Registration and Rules & Regulations forms from the Organizations page on this PNCC Web site! You can contact the Convo 2008 Committee by emailing us at robNem21@aol.com.
